HOW TO ORDER

1] Please send your photo(s) to us in an Etsy message.

2] For handwriting, please take a photo of the handwriting in the note or card that contains the small section of handwriting you would like on the pendant—such as the closing of a note or card (e.g. “Love, Mom”). I may have to change the layout of the words in your handwriting photo to fit onto the pendant, but I will not alter the handwriting itself. PLEASE SEE TIPS HOW TO TAKE HANDWRITING PHOTOS IN THE LISTING PHOTOS.

3] If you would like text on one side or both sides of the pendant, please type the words in the personalization field or in ‘note to seller” during checkout.

3] After your purchase, please watch your Etsy messages for a message from Clarabel And Co to approve your personalization.

IMPORTANT

Not intended for babies and small children. Water resistant but not waterproof. Do not submerge or wear in the shower or swimming pool. Do not expose to steam or damp conditions. Do not place in mouth - glass may detach; jewelry parts may pose choking hazard. Avoid contact with perfume, cologne, skin & haircare products, sweat from workouts, skin acidity, etc. Do not wear if prone to skin breakouts or allergic reactions. Clean with soft dry cloth; do not apply cleaning agents.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund for the item according to shop policies, EXCEPT when an item is personalized or customized—even though a listing states that returns and exchanges are accepted, when an item is personalized or customized, however, I cannot accept returns and exchanges. Customized and personalized purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
