RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SAFETY:

(1) Choking Hazard: Do not allow babies, children, pets or anyone to put jewelry in the mouth, chew on it, play or fidget with it, etc. Glass tiles may detach when exposed to moisture, including saliva; small jewelry parts may separate due to biting, fidgeting, etc, causing a choking hazard.
(2) Allergic Reactions: Some people claim they can only wear fine jewelry. This jewelry is created from other metals, not genuine silver or gold. Do not wear if non-fine jewelry from other metals cause you to have allergic reactions, breakouts, discoloring, etc.

CARE:

Not intended for babies and small children. Water resistant but not waterproof. Do not submerge or wear in the shower or swimming pool. Do not expose to steam or damp conditions. Do not place in mouth - glass may detach; jewelry parts may pose choking hazard. Avoid contact with perfume, skin & haircare products, sweat from workouts, skin acidity, etc. Do not wear if prone to skin breakouts or allergic reactions. Clean with soft dry cloth; do not apply cleaning agents.

RETURN POLICY

(1) My return policy is for buyers who possibly don’t like the appearance of the product upon arrival of an item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund for the item according to shop policies, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging—EXCEPT when an item is personalized or customized—even though Etsy listing settings may state that returns and exchanges are accepted, when an item is personalized or customized, however, I cannot accept returns and exchanges. Customized and personalized purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
(2) Returns must be shipped back to me within 30 days of the delivery date according to tracking, in its original condition and packaging. The item will be inspected to confirm it is eligible for a refund. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
(3) Personalized/Customized Items: Items that were personalized or customized are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product or refund.
(4) Damaged Items: Damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged for another item or a refund. It is important to note that my products include a giclèe print beneath the glass and could be damaged if exposed to water. Do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, or expose to water or wet conditions. Additionally, remove rings and bracelets before washing hands or contact with water.
