Each pendant comes on a chain of 18 inches, 24 inches, or 30 inches and have lobster claw fasterners.

This heart pendant is also available on a keychain, or may be ordered as pendant alone without a chain.

Each necklace and keychain comes packaged in an elegant Clarabel And Cos jewelry box ready for gifting.

Pendants ordered alone without chains come in a gift pouch.

OPTIONAL PERSONALIZATION:

This pendant may be personalized by adding someone’s name onto the design. It may also be customized by replacing the design on this pendant with your own words or your photo of a loved one, beloved pet, someone’s handwriting, a sonogram, and more.

HOW TO PERSONALIZE:

1. Type the name and/or date in the personalization field or during checkout, type in “note to seller”

2. Optional: For a photo instead of words: after your purchase, please find “contact seller” in my shop and message photo to me.

Clean with soft dry cloth; do not apply cleaning agents.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund for the item according to shop policies, EXCEPT when an item is personalized or customized—even though a listing states that returns and exchanges are accepted, when an item is personalized or customized, however, I cannot accept returns and exchanges. Customized and personalized purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
