1] Please message me the picture (and words if any) for you design

2] I will design a layout for you and message you a mockup. If you like it, I start creating your piece and shipping occurs as usual. If you are not quite happy, please request changes to the layout. Up to three edits are included. If you do not like the design, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Pendants ordered alone without chains come in a gift pouch.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund for the item according to shop policies, EXCEPT when an item is personalized or customized—even though a listing states that returns and exchanges are accepted, when an item is personalized or customized, however, I cannot accept returns and exchanges. Customized and personalized purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
